label icons not working

Hello,
i can not get label icons to work.
it just shows the title..

i use
https://www.w3schools.com/icons/icons_reference.asp
as a refference.. and use code on the first colom of the right icon pack (set in phoca cart display options).
i have tried several options.. but it just shows the title.. even when i set to display icon only..

Hi, in case, you are using Font Awesome Icons, did you enable them in Options:

Does your template load Font Awesome icons? Check if the library is loaded in html source code?

I have gantry5 phoca template
And as soon As soon aa i select font asome 5 sole icons of phoca cart are not displaying correct..

What schould be the icon syntax..

Hi, gantry uses font-awesome version 4, so it is possible that the icon is not a part of version 4. Can I see the website where it occurs?

i have issue on multiple site's.. same issue..
just showing the label title and not a icon.

1 gantry5 template and one phoca cart template..

Just send me the link to page where there is label icon so I can see the source html (it is possible that the label icon could not be defined by current font awesome library)
