Frontend List categories not working

In Frontend upload I only read "Select category"...
I have correctly created 3 categories without sub..
I have reinstalled the module for the same problem and also because ID of categories not started from 1.
Now ID is correct but I cannot choose cathegory in upload frontend.

Especially this part:

If you cannot select a category in frontend (there is no one to select) you need to set the upload rigths for logged in user in category edit. Logged in user, who does not see the categores in select box, must be selected in administration, in category edit, in parameter: Upload Rights (Components - Phoca Download - Categories - New/Edit - Upload Rights.

Example:

If you are logged in as Super User in fronentd, you will be able to select a category in select box only in case you as Super User are selected in parameter Upload Rights (or all registered users are selected).

I set all privilege to public but don't work , too....

Yes, but that's not enough. Did you set rights for the categories?

I don't see images...but yes: the same rights for extension and for the single categories... I tried putting all to public, too...
It's strange that in a first time, ID of categories not started from 1, but I saw its...
Then, reinstalling the component with the same setting of rights, I don't see categories.
