Phoca Carousel Module - problems with animation (animate.css) and in block css

I've got a site here under development: https://webdev.sites.k-hosting.co.uk/

I set up a simple background for the Phoca Carousel Module (the Phoca Carousel Particle only really works with Phoca Premiere) but the animate 3.6.0 css calls seem to be corrupted.
Also, the css I add to the blocks is ignored, as a result, there is no Title, Button or Images displayed in the slides.

So, currently I have one slide with a static background which displays ok, but foreground info is not showing AND animate.css calls for Images are not displaying properly.

For example, I have set up one slide with a bounceInDown foreground image, but it just slides quickly from top to bottom and out of view. Other animate.css calls don't seem to do work at all!

I have attached the module parameters in case I have missed something

Unfortunately, I have left this part almost to the last as the client wanted new slides for which I have only just been given files!

Any chance that someone knows what may be the cause?

Yup! Perfect.
I was treating the module in the same way as the Particle. With full CSS the slides work perfectly.
