Buongiorno a tutti, non riesco a capire come allegare alla mail cliente la fattura in pdf.
grazie mille a chi mi risponderà.

Hello,
you can do it when you change the order status en select inform customer . attachment you can select.
if you want it to be automatic based on the order status, you can define in the order status what to sent to the customer incl. attachment types (order, invoice, shipment).
and the content of the message itself (html and plain text)

hello, what is the problem with reply on PM? it should work or sent me a new PM.
it stay's in the outbox (amount) until i read the message.. perhaps that is confusing.
