i guess he means that you can define product based how mutch a user can order of a specific product (quantity).
to prevent someone buiing a large amount of product.
thinks i can think of.. how / do you want to prevent this on one order, or user based, ones a day / schedule?.
lets say you have a big sale of a product .. to prevent big shoppers.. but in that case you would like to limit the amount on order but also per user based.
perhaps in combination with coupon?..
