Phoca Cart 3.5.6 shows limited number of categories

Hi
I try to set up Phoca cart, but after setup of categories, only a limited number of categories are shown.
In several tries the number is different, may be 7, 12, etc. I looked at the db, when i make a failure, then the autoincrement will count up and i can set the id to adjusent numbers, helps sometimes, but still stops by 7, 12 ...

I need your help.

Do you see all the created categories in the backend?
If yes, perhaps you have hide the pagination in frontend?

I did not hide the Pagination but i didnt remember to adjust the Categories!
Sometimes the simplest things, so the problem is solved!
