Author details and layout

Hello, we are using on our website Phoca Downloads Version 3.2.2 .
We'd like to ask you:
1. If it is possible on the Details window of each file, to be displayed the Author that uploaded it
2. If there is any different layout on Upload page, in example instead of the Dropdown with the categories, if there is the possibility to display the folders - categories that we have created.

1) for now there is no such option, so this needs to be customized:
