Captcha is not working

I have tried with many options. Putted correct keys in the modules of captcha. But it still show that is error with the domain. What is the cause?

Did you setup the correct version of captcha / recaptcha ? and add the correct domain?

depending on the captcha or recaptcha plugin you need to define the correct version
and add the domain.

i have tested v2 recaptcha and its working fine.
@Jan: add recaptcha version information in the manual / field describtion

Mail is working fine on the "contact us" page. But on the "ask question" function, pop-up window shows captcha`s error domain.

ok. i understand. There are need to adjust in the phoca cart options to set captcha`s keys.

okay.. you need to set the recapchta settings for ask question in phoca cart settings.
you can use the same captcha keys you use for joomla recapchta that you are using for the contact us page.
