Translation problem

I translated PhocaCart into Serbian Latin but the translation is not displayed.
Phrases from sr-YU.com_phocacart.sys.ini are shown in PhocaCart submenu but translations from main file sr-YU.com_phocacart.ini are not shown.
Can someone check what I missed?
