connection reset error - new server location

Hello,
my installation was moved to a new server location. everything works fine besides phoca download

if i try to download a file the connection was reset error occurs

joomla 3.9.8 latest phocadownload version php 7.2

we need the complete error message. Possible reason(s) could be: PHP Version, server settings, etc. outdated Joomla Version:

joomla 3.9.8 latest phocadownload version php 7.2

Update to latest Joomla! Version 3.9.25. With your Version, the system will report that it has the latest version.

a) Because it belongs to #__updates table, which has been solved with Joomla Version 3.9.12. Therefore:



b) After above action, the system will offer the possibility to install the latest Joomla Version.
