Re: Can I use bluetooth POS printer? How to set it?
Tricky, as individual hardware issue cannot really be supported It's just not practical. And, in the hardware world, printers are the worst. Made even more hellish by wireless connections. Pulled down to the seventh level of Hades by using bluetooth.
The problem is unlikely to be Phoca Cart.
However, I do find that Phoca Cart has little problem with generic wired thermal printers. So, that would be the way to go.
Jan, has a video demo of the system in action on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YSZQgGxn8DQ
The printer looks to be a Bixolon.
But, if you're determined to carry on then you will need to check these:
1) The connected terminal is also bluetooth
2) Does the terminal connect to the printer at all? i.e. is the printer visible in the settings of the terminal
3) Check port assignment of the printer in the terminal settings
Regards
David
