thanks for the feedback, sorry for the generic form of my question
if you look at the attached figures you will see that there is no option to send freight for the products that simulate the purchase, but you will also see that a freight service is enabled.

If you are on test server, try to install development version (for testing only):

Good afternoon
Deactivating the rules, the shipping method is displayed.
I was using version 3.5.7beta8. I have now installed version 3.5.7beta11.
attached the photos the problem still persists, only the rate that I set is displayed, but the calculator does not appear where the user can insert a post code so that the customer can know the value of their freight.

Hi, I cannot see the screenshots from the 3.5.7Beta11 (there is 404)

Try to enable/disable all the rules to test them.
Try to check if e.g. weight or size are correctly set (that the "from" "to" is correctly set .e.g. from 0 - 100kg or from 0 - 10m, etc.)

I believe I've tried everything, but it still hasn't worked. Does anyone know if there is a manual on phoca cart shipping settings?

Hi, the documentation is here:

but to set the rules right, this just needs to be tested.

E.g. there is a common mistake when some rule is set:

FROM: 1
TO: 100

and there is no value set in product so it should be:
FROM: 0
TO: 100

so then the rule will be applied

Mostly it is good to start only with one rule and step by step to add another to be 100% sure which rule does not fir the criteria
