Re: Articles non visible in sub/sub/category
Hi,
products are only displayed in their categories (and it doesn't matter how the category is placed in the tree). In options, it can be enabled, that product will be even displayed in its parent category.
What is the setting of parameter "Display Products from all Subcategories" on your server?

Hi, in Phoca Cart options, just use Phoca Filter Options plugin: https://www.phoca.cz/phoca-filter-options-system-plugin to search parameters easily.

Is the website somewhere available - to see it live?

Yes Jan,
the web is: www.castaldi.biz
An Example is here: https://www.castaldi.biz/negozio/access ... umismatica
in the primary category all items are visible, while if you click on this link:
https://www.castaldi.biz/negozio/240-ac ... memorativi
there aren't items..
Thank you.

Re: Articles non visible in sub/sub/category
Hi, hard to say, but you can test following to be sure this is not caused by SEF or template:
- Try to disable SEF and test it (let me know the two above listed links without SEF)
- Try to switch to another standard template (e.g. protostar - only to know, there is not something wrong inside override)
What is the version of Phoca Cart?
I need to see not SEF links to be sure to know which category is displayed on the view (to be sure, such category is really a subcategory of parent category)

hi Jan,
I tested the site without Sef and the articles appear perfectly.
What do I do now?

Hi Jan,
I cannot use the website without SEF, because I have problems with a third-party e-commerce platform connected to it. Please, I need your help!
