So if you disable SEF and it works, this means, the template should be Ok, and the problem is SEF
Do you use specific SEF solution of the one set in Joomla?

So, this means only standard core SEF?
What about menu links, do you use more menu links? When yes, try to disable them all except one for categories view - and check if the link to the category will be the same?

I found the problem. In the main menu, I had need to made every link for each sub/category.
Now the items are perfectaly visible.
