guest checkout / registered user not working

Hi Everyone

i have a problem when i tested the checkout and submit to see that everything was working it did. but now when i use guest checkout or as a registed user it doesnt work i put in all my information and when i click confirm it jumps back to the top of checkout and nothing happens no order created no thank you for whatever nothing, what could be wrong as super user it worked but as guest or registed it doesnt. please help me.

Hi, do you get any error message when jumping? (at the top of the site). Is your site somewhere to see - to test it?

sorry so late but i fixed it awhile ago it seems just to have been permission issue but all fixed sorry about such a late response
