Joomla 3.10: after clicking on File: blank/white Page

Hi,

After updating from Joomla 3.10.1 to 3.10.2 I have an issue with phoca Download throwing a blank/white page after selecting the file.
I am using PD 3.2.3.
For some reason the link looks funny.

After a full restore of database and the websapce the error is still there.

Selecting a file generates an error: GET https://www.stemband.com/joomn/index.ph ... an-of-love 503

Please advice.

When checking your given link, I come to: https://www.stemband.com/joomn/index.php/members
I see menues: members/home/Join Us/Events/Fotoboek/Zoeken but no menue from PD Downloads?

No problem.

Your observations are correct. This because the downloads are only accessable as member.
If needed I am able to create a test account but dont what to put it in this thread ;-)

Error message is a bit difficult to read. : ('GET https://www.stemband.com/joomn/index.ph ... an-of-love 503')

Don't see the Error message. Maybe you can write it here in plain text, maybe to get an idea?

The error is the html 503 service unavailable error. The complete string below.

503 says in fact nothing. When you enable debug mode and php error displaying, do you still get the 503 or some specific error website?

I have debugging on but have not found an error yet. The only thing I noticed is resource unavailble but that does not realy give any additional information. I will keep checking.

Hi, I am not sure what has happend/done or changed accadentaly but phocadownload works fine again ;-) I will try to find out what the issue was.

That would be fine - Thank you. Maybe browser settings? (I'm using FF).

BTW: "... 503 service unavailable error" > means generally Server/Hoster problem.

A 503 Service Unavailable Error is an HTTP response status code indicating that a server is temporarily unable to handle the request. This may be due to the server being overloaded or down for maintenance.
