Try to reinstall Phoca Cart (don't uninstall it - to not lose the data, only install again, so the code will be updated). But really hard to say why the class is not loaded on your Joomla instance

Hi, hmm, testing 3.10.2. Everything is OK there with associations and loading the phocacartitem.association class
Try to reinstall Phoca Cart (don't uninstall it - to not lose the data, only install again, so the code will be updated). But really hard to say why the class is not loaded on your Joomla instance
