Hi there. I'm trying to connect my e-shop to paypal, but when it redirects paypal reads 'it seems there is a problem, try later' What could cause this to happen?

Hi, can you paste a screenshot of what do you mean? Try to enable logging in Phoca Cart and see the form sent into PayPal (this form will be stored in logs).
