Payment by Stripe and Phoca Cart

Hi, the loading is done per ajax, so the error can be found in AJAX request (in javascript console). But it looks like there is some problem with missing columns there. Unfortunately Phoca Cart does install itself but it is installed by Joomla installation manager.

So it seems, only the manual adding of missing columns into database can help here:

So, when all missing columns will be added, then the AJAX request needs to be checked, it is includes some error?

E.g. with help of Google Chrome and its developer extension (F12) try to see if there is no error when loading the payment/shipping plugins:

I have now commented out 5 SQL command lines from the first SQL file, all under the filename "3.0.1.sql". However, when installing the new ZIP file, it keeps going on with the error messages. Do I have to delete all SQL files up to and including the "3.5.5.sql"? Please look again over your "com_phocacart_v3.5.8.zip" file. Of SQL, as I said, I do not have good expertise. Du verwendest Joomla! v 3.9.5 das am 09.04.2019 veröffentlicht wurde.
Ich kann nicht beurteilen, ob das auch nur ein bisschen mit Deinem Problem zu tun hat, aber alleine aus Sicherheitsgründen würde ich, Dir als Shopbetreiber, dringend ein Update auf die aktuelle Joomla! Version (J3.10.3) ans Herz legen...

Per Screenshots - da fehlen einfach viele viele Spalten in Tabellen. Die Frage "Warum" wird wirklich schwierig beantwortet (weil auch Phoca Cart installiert nicht selbst, sondern ist von Joomla installiert)

So jetzt gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten.

a) entweder alle Spalten einfach schrittweise manuell eingeben (ja, die Instruktionen muss man in Update Dateien finden)
b) oder wenn es keine Daten da sind und oder wenige und man kann es neu bauen, dann komplett deinstallieren ( https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-jooml ... m-manually - Achtung alle Daten von Phoca Cart werden gelöscht) und neu installieren

Wenn a) dann ist es leider langsammer und mann muss wirklich schrittweise die SQL Queries in phpAdmin eingeben

Hello Jan and Benno,

all difficulties are now solved.

Both the wrong message because of the updates: the last advice from Benno to refresh Joomla to version 3.10.3 will have fixed the bug.

The difficulties with the update to the latest version is corrected: I have executed all SQL commands from 3.0.1 to 3.5.7 manually in "phpMyAdmin" individually. Only the creation of new tables and the insertion of columns with the SQL commands 3.5.4 line 45, SQL command 3.5.5 line 5, SQL command 3.5.5 line 6 and the following SQL commands 3.5.7 line 2 to line 55 (i.e. the last SQL command) was possible.

All other SQL commands resulted in an error. I documented everything and put it on my new OneDrive link at https://1drv.ms/u/s!AmyavhWggyoOkQgH3Vd ... y?e=94zhnB. I only needed to re-enter the API keys for the Stripe payment service. Stripe works!

I'm still testing through PayPal payment in particular with my girlfriend. She has her own PayPal account. Everything should be working now though!

alle Schwierigkeiten sind nun erledigt.

Sowohl die falsche Meldung wegen den Updates: der letzte Rat von Benno zur Auffrischung von Joomla auf die Version 3.10.3 wird den Fehler behoben haben.

Die Schwierigkeiten mit dem Update auf die neueste Version ist korrigiert: ich habe sämtliche SQL-Befehle von 3.0.1 bis 3.5.7 manuell im "phpMyAdmin" einzeln ausgeführt. Nur die Erstellung neuer Tabellen und das Einfügen von Spalten mit den SQL-Befehlen 3.5.4 Zeile 45, SQL-Befehl 3.5.5 Zeile 5, SQL-Befehl 3.5.5 Zeile 6 und den nachfolgenden SQL-Befehlen 3.5.7 Zeile 2 bis Zeile 55 (also dem letzten SQL-Befehl) war möglich.

Alle anderen SQL-Befehle ergaben einen Fehler. Ich habe alles dokumentiert und auf meinem neuen OneDrive-Link unter https://1drv.ms/u/s!AmyavhWggyoOkQgH3Vd ... y?e=94zhnB abgelegt. Ich brauchte nur noch für den Bezahldienst Stripe die API-Schlüssel neu eingeben. Stripe funktioniert!

PayPal is working again. The hint on the field "Description (Info View)" in the "payment method" only works with the PayPal method, but not with Stripe. Otherwise everything works fine. Thank you for the really competent help.

PayPal funktioniert auch wieder. Der Hinweis auf das Feld "Description (Info View)" in der "payment method" funktioniert nur mit der PayPal-Methode, nicht aber bei Stripe. Ansonsten geht alles klar. Dankeschön für die echt kompetente Hilfe.
