Hi, the database tables are installed with Joomla! installation process and If it will not work on some server, then I don't know what should be fixed (so if you will post the mysql error message why the tables were not created on your server then I can take a look at it)
You can find the tables in install.bak file which is included in installation ZIP file ... in this file the whole sql queries are stored... just change the prefixes of the tables and run these queries...
