Phoca Maps no longer loading.

I am struggling with the Google map in https://wuattorneys.com/location.

Phoca Maps used to work, but stopped a few weeks ago.

I had Google issue a new API Key. Phoca’s documentation says to install the key under the Publishing Options tab in the Phoca Maps Component. There is no field to insert it there, and I can’t find the field anywhere else.

The map now loads but states “For development purposes only.” If you enter information in the “From Address” box, it fails. A message box over the map says "This page can't load google Maps correctly." The only option is "OK." There is no explanation as to why.
