TAG in the product tab

Good morning.

I would like to know where I am wrong when I insert the TAGs in the product sheets already registered because the related field remains empty after they have been saved ... is it a bug? Or am I not doing the right thing?

My main problem, however, is the fact that the tab of the individual products under "Publishing Options" in the TAG and Label sections does not store any data ... I write, except but the entries are not saved with the rest of the tab. .. and I can't understand where the mistake can be ...

I also wanted to know if there is the possibility to insert product sheets that are displayed on a certain date ... eg. I insert a product today 23/02 and I want it to appear in the online catalog on 01/03 automatically ...

Hi, for now, there is no option to set publishing date to from date or to to date.

Hmmm, testing now storing Tags and Labels with Phoca Cart 4 RC on Joomla 4.0 and 4.1





And it both I get no problem with saving tags.

When you enable logging of PHP errors into logs on your server, do you get there some errors?

I tried to activate the Debug system but the server did not return any errors following my attempt to save Tags and Labels in the product sheets ... which promptly do not remain filled in after saving ... I must perhaps activate something in the very complicated Phoca Cart options? ... did I miss something?

Hi, there are no parameters in options for such basic things like saving values. The only one idea when the values are not saved into database is, there is some error or conflict, but such should be reported by server with PHP or SQL error Do you use the latest RC version?

Hmm, really hard to say what can be wrong there, testing on two different servers, both is OK
