How to reorder phoca download tag

Dear Members,

I am using phoca download tags for easier filtering in a category view list.
In the past years we have a tag "policy" where I need to every document with a year tag(i.e. 2022,2021,2020,2019) at first then the all other tags which best describes the content of the document with a few keywords.
The previous year tags was created one after the other. Therefore their IDs also followed each other.
However in 2021 we need to add several new tags and when I created 2022 tag in this year I faced that the newly created tag is placed at the very end of the tag list. I have reorder the tags in joomla admin however it just affect in the backend and not in the frontend.
Could you please help me how I can set the ordering method in the frontend. It seems to me that the tags will be always displayed in the order of the ID ascending and did not find any setting where I could change it.
Could you please give me suggestion how to make the year tags always be the first on the tag list at every document then the all other tags? Is it possible to set the order of the frontend displayed tags via the admin interface or this can only be done at the database level?

Please help me with your suggestions.

Hi, there is no option to order tags for now. Can you paste a screenshot of where you exactly display the tags?
