Good morning,

with phoca cart is it possible to have a button that the customer can use to request information about a specific product?

For example, a button contact us for information and before sending your request a form to fill in with some data such as email and a text field for the request.

yes, this button is called 'Ask a Question' and needs to be enabled in Phoca Cart Options:
