Sending email order phoca cart

Hi everyone, given that the emails from the site arrive without problems, I am experiencing a problem with Phoca Cart.
When I send an order, no email is sent, neither to the customer nor to the seller. On the phoca documentation (https://www.phoca.cz/documents/116-phoc ... or-vendors) there is all the procedure sin that I can not find it.
Of course I am the problem, I am recently testing the possibility of upgrading from Joomla 3 to version 4 and therefore I am struggling to find things.
