XML Feed URL not work

Heureka plugin installed
when I click on a feed link:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

<code>404</code>...
XML Feed URL (not SEF)- worked

I forgot to fill in the fields .
now it works but not sef url,
sef url xml did not start working((

When you disable SEF, and reload the link to XML, do you get the same problem?
