is there a way to send the order automatically with whatsapp?

can you explain / example..
do you want to inform the user to sent them information / confirmation to whatsapp?
do you want the shop owner to get notified on new order?
do you want to inform the user about order status update?

i don't know a option inside phoca cart.. but perhaps using other tools for sending whatsapp.
a problem is, that not all users are using whatsapp. you can sent whats app messages ..
perphaps IFTTT can do something for you?

with IFTTT (If This Then That) you can arrange something to be triggert .lets say based on email.
shop owner receive mail regarding new order. then IFTTT gets triggert and send message to whatsapp.
