Phoca Download Plugin

Hello Phoca Team,

we use the following shortcode in our article:

{phocadownload view=file|id=5|target=s}

Unfortunately, the generated Download Link does not work.

/index.php/de/component/phocadownload/file/5-bmecat-2022?catid=2:elektronische-produktdaten&Itemid=460

It directs us to the homepage : (

You noted this on your documentation

Has it to do with the error?

In Menus: Edit Item we choosed
Menu Item Type Single Article
Select Article our Article (where the shortcode is in!)

Hi, you should not create a menu link to article or articles, but additional menu link to Phoca Download, so the URL can be properly created.

We created an additional Menu Type: Download View

Now the Download is working ✔
