Delete 'Country' field from checkout form

Hello, have read in the forum about the possibility to remove the "Country" field from the checkout form but there were no instructions how to do this.
Can you please explain how to do this?

Hi, in administration: Phoca Cart - Form Fields - you can publish/unpublish it, or set where it will be displayed and if it will be requried, etc:
