the document does not load

I am embedding a pdf file into an article using the PHOCA PDF plugin and sometimes I have to load the page twice to display the document.

Hi, what do you mean with "emeding a pdf into article"? Phoca PDF does not embed PDF into article but it displays the PDF variant of the article

sorry for the bad wording. I mean that sometimes it doesn't appear when the page is opened, but only after the page is reloaded

Hi, hmmm, hard to say what can be wrong there. Do you use some cache feature, etc.

have the cache settings turned off and the browser is also turned off in the cache plugin.

I still have the pdf in one folder and it opens immediately there. The problem is probably only on the front page

Hi, there is no PDF document on the server when using Phoca PDF, the PDF is created online - dynamically. So there is difference when you open file on your server, which is a direct link and when the PDF is build dynamically - in fact all possible features are between the building and output (e.g. all system plugins are rendered, etc. etc.). BTW try to search this forum - in Phoca PDF section - I remember there was similar topic (the problem was caused by some system plugin, I think )
