Part of Shipping Address is in Billing Address Box

Hello,

I have no desire to upgrade to Joomla 4 as many of my Joomla 3 plugins, and templates, paid and free, will not work with Joomla 4.

So lets not get off the main topic of this post and focus on the error I am having. How can you or I fix this?
I am and will be using Joomla 3.10.x.

Hi, the problem is, I don't get such error on my test servers so in fact it is hard for me to tell what needs to be fixed there.

If I speak about Joomla 4, this is because it is in active development, which is opposite to Joomla 3 version which is not more under active development. In Joomla 4 version I can add some new features but this is not possible for Joomla 3 version (the example with notice regarding the shipping address).

I really don't know what caused this problem but when I should solve it on my server, I would do following:

- I would set the bas (billing and shipping is the same) parameter to "0" (No) directly in the database (that means that I will set that billing and shipping is not the same)
- then I would just edit the shipping address in administration - in order and then the address should normally displayed.

The table is #__phocacart_order_users
The column is ba_sa
Just see the order ID in administration and change the value of the Order ID rows to 0 so the shipping and billing is not the same and then edit the shipping address in administration and check the documents.

Hi,

After thinking about it I did upgrade to version 4.0.5.

Our (USA) address format is different then other countries address format.

I have no idea how someone could find this address or location manually:
Jana Evangelisty Purkyně 652, 570 01 Litomyšl, Czechia

Hi, the czech format is:

Street StreetNumber
ZIP City
Country

It is just central europe format (the same like in Germany or Austria, etc.)

The format for e.g. invoices, orders, etc. can be overriden by template in this file:

components/com_phocacart/layouts/order.php

In fact street is added by user (so depends on user if number will be first or last), so the only one change, is dividing city and ZIP (and add region to ZIP).
