After paying by card, it will not show the order

The customer makes a payment with a card via GOPAY and after payment returns it to the stand and does not show the order but displays an error saying "You are not currently logged in. Please log in first"
In Settings/ Users, Orders for non-registered users is set to YES
It will not allow downloading the Order even through the code sent via e-mail

Does anyone know how to solve this? well thank you

Hi, can you paste the screenshot of the website? Did you ask the developer of the GOPAY? Maybe in options there is set some specific return url which needs to have logged in user

Nejde o prihláseného používateľa, ale nákup vykoná neregistrovaný užívateľ a zaplatí online cez Gopay. Pre zadaní všetkých platobných údajov prebehne platba a nabezne stránka e-shopu - viď screenshot

Vývojára Gopay som zatiaľ nekontaktoval.
Ale objednávku e-shop nezobrazí ani cez zaslaný odkaz na e-mail viď screenshot a pritom mám V Nastavenia/ Používatelia, Objednávky pre ne -registrovaní užívatelia je nastavený na ÁNO

Ahoj, jde o to, co obsahuje url na stránce objednávky. Pokud neobsahuje token, pak systém předpokládá, že se tam bude přihlašovat registrovaný zákazník. Tedy je potřeba zjistit, kdo přesměrovává na objednvávky a tomu říct, že musí přesmerovávat s tokenem. Toto výchozí Phoca Cart nedělá, ten přesměrovává na info stránku.
