Quantity Issues

I want to get one product working and the rest should just be a repeat.
Here is what is happening it seems like it wants to work but maybe something I missed in the set up is giving me the wrong math.

1. I go to my product which has multi discount set up (maybe not correct?) https://imgur.com/Imsv5IT
2. I go to product and choose buy 50 https://imgur.com/a/hnyPoME This seems like it should appear on the full info buy page not this page?
3. I go to the full description page and I have a pre filled qty of 20 showing and I can add to the qty (I want) box. (which does not display) https://imgur.com/nHHa8Iw
4. While on that page I click "Add to Cart" and I get 1 or if I type 50 in the box (which does not display) I will get 50 in the cart but no discount just a straight price of 50 X $6 = $300 which should be $220.

Can you please guide me through what I am missing with detailed answers. I have 4 other sites I want to build with Phoca cart but I need to get one product working.
