J 4.2.7 Order/Invoice etc. PDFs not attached to customer emails

Sorry to disturb you. I have Phoca Cart installed as you described for J3 -> J4 and it's working perfectly on J4.2.7. I have installed and configured Phoca PDF and Phoca PDF for Phoca Cart as described in the documetation (Plugin activated). I can see the PDFs properly formatted in the Phoca Cart -> Orders. But for some reason they are not anymore attached to the emails I send to customers. It worked perfectly for J3.7.11.

Any idea what I could have missed?

Hi, are you 100% sure that the PDF attachment is set in right order status?

As this happens between user and server, you cannot see possible error so the only chance is to enable logging of errors on your server and try to see the log after sending

Testing now in Joomla 4.2.8, see no problem

I set error reporting to max and got the following errors. Not very informative, I think. I also tried sendmail and PHP mail as mail agents, same result. Mails are sent, email formating is perfect, just no PDF attachment.

Did you check your order statuses after migration? Is it PDF included in e-mail settings?
Try to manually edit order status and include PDF only when you notify customer or your self (create test order for this purpose)

Ohhh, I found it, it's email send (Format). It was just html!
