Is there a post publication newsletter link?

After the newsletter is sent out, each email recipient has a link within the email to read the newsletter on line. That newsletter link is provided for the individual receiving the newsletter. Is there a way to have a public menu link to the specific newsletter sent? How about multiple newsletters? Should newsletters be pasted into articles for future viewing? It's not readily apparent as to how to handle this situation.
The actual /index.php/newsletter/ link is empty, but it could be used for the newsletter signup module etc.
