Transfer guestbook entries to new guestbook

Hi
I have a running guestbook on a joomla 3 page. Now I want to make a new page with joomla 4 and a new guestbook.
I found an option to archive the guestbook entries in the joomla 3 version; however no possibility to restore them??
What is the best way to take all entries to the new guestbook under joomla 4?

Another question, is it possible to display something in the area of the email address (same like at the name) because I would like to let the user know that the email address (if filled) will not be public?
