POS is disabled

Hi, I am using PhocoCart 4.0.6 in Joomla 4.2.9.
The template is Shaper Helixultimate Standard 4.0.12.
I cannot log in when I want to use the shop. I get the message
'POS is disabled You are not logged in. Please login to access POS'
I am unable to activate POS. I've gone through all the settings. What should I do?
