Shipping costs

I want to send a product to multiple countries. The shipping costs per product per country are going well. If I want to send 2 of the same products, the shipping costs will remain for 1 product. I have read the documentation and tried everything but the shipping costs remain for 1 product.

Hi, shipping costs are not related to quantity of one product but for all products in the cart. So you need to create different shipping methods for different quantities

e.g.:
0 - 1:


2 - 5
