How to get 0% VAT for sales to companies from foreign countries with a VAT number?

Hi everyone!

How do I remove the VAT on products purchased by companies from foreign countries in the checkout?

For example: when the user is a company that has entered a VAT number and buys from a country other than that of origin, for example: I buy a product from Germany in Italy with a VAT number.

Is Phoca Cart able to differentiate sales in this way based on the presence of the VAT number (sales to individuals or companies)?

Where do you set this possibility from?

Thank you Jan! Just what i asked for!

But there is some problem to hide all the DISCOUNT and TAX labels from the various views, I've been trying for half a day but I can't hide them.
