All email addresses that are included in message from Order status displays "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it."
Those emails are in Order Status Email Text (Customer) and Email Text (Others)
Even one that are displayed with variables such is {b_email} are protected.

Hi, there is no such protection made by Phoca Cart. Maybe it is done by the content editor or some specific plugin?

I don't know but when I reverted back to Phoca Cart 4.0.7 there was no problem. I use latest version of JCE Editor Free.
I tried now on another site and situation is same.
PDF is not affected.
HTML messages displays spambots protection wherever is e-mail displayed.

Joomla has plugin: Content - Email Cloaking (en backend language). Did you try to disable it?

But if the JCE is used, maybe JCE has even some specific setting for this.

Disabling Content - Email Cloaking brings back e-mail addresses. But never needed to disable it in history of Joomla.
Changing JCE editor to Tiny MCE doesn't help.
Tried to disable all Phoca Cart template overrides but no change.
Installing version 4.0.7 of Phoca cart brings back e-mail addresses

I was not lazy so I installed new Joomla site and Phoca Cart 4.0.8 with demo data. I set Pending status as default with following dummy text to customer and admin:

"Tortor iaculis luctus id platea primis mollis metus congue neque tincidunt vestibulum. Sociosqu lacus rutrum elit conubia felis venenatis arcu etiam si vestibulum tempus. Purus vitae torquent feugiat est finibus ultricies aptent platea conubia curabitur.

Hi, thank you very much for this useful info. Yes, there were added new code parts to accept content plugins in 4.0.8 (because of acceptiong language translation plugins), so the specific code which is displayed on screenshot should be added before all the new code parts.
