Can someone help me with the emails to the customers when I give you the login details of the site?
I would like to pay for it because it is the last problem with the site before it can become operational.

There is no need to pay, also I can't promise you that I will fix it but you can make another Super User account and create backup using Akeeba Backup and send me via PM download link of JPA file so I can, in my test enviorement, try to solve the problem, Then we can check production (live) site.

I have emails working and understand the process but when payment is complete via paypal the order status doesn't change. Normally I had to input API keys for this functionality in the ther ecom sites I build. Just doing email me thinks is the problem. Has it ever been possible to get the system to set order to confirmed on paypal success payment made thanks.

Hi, just check the logs (enable logging before) to see if the response is comming back from paypal to your website, see similar posts, for some users, disabling the Verify SSL Certificate parameter in Payment - PayPal method helped.

Order status is now changing correctly. Some SSL issue. However the complete order status emails are not sending. I also have emails in the 'Other' bin and they also are not sending. I am assuming this is automated and I do not need to manually go in and do something?

System emails are correctly sending - this is not the issue.
