Availability in Product view and problem window quick view

And I have a problem (joomla 4.3.4 and Helix ulitmate) if I click at the quick view icon, see

Hi, seems like there is some conflict as second modal backdrop is rendered over the Phoca Cart. When you test it with standard template (e.g. Cassiopeia), do you get the same problem?

so I tried it with Standard Cassiopedia Template and then it works..... maybe I will change it, because there is also onther "bug" at contacts componente with the dosplay of vcard....
