NEW FEATURE - Events Component or Plugin for Phoca Cart

I recommend Phoca Cart for a simple online store. However, I often get requests for a Shopping Cart with an Integrated Events component in order to sell products based on some event. For example, a person can reserve and buy two lanes for one hour at a bowling alley for a particular date and time. For event selling online stores, in the past, I have recommended J2Store shopping cart and its integrated Events component.
However, J2Store has struggled in releasing a Joomla 4 version of their shopping cart component. It only became available about one month ago (September 2023). Sadly, the J2Store Events component is still not available for Joomla 4 – even though support for Joomla 3 ended two months ago. It is now appearing that the Joomla 4 version of the J2 Store Events component may never be available.
We are hoping you will consider adding an Events Component for Phoca Cart as currently there does not appear to be any Joomla 4 Shopping cart with an integrated Events component and this is something that a lot of online stores could really use.
