Hi, below this text, there should be a button (this button is stylized flat as other button in VM)

Could you please tell me where to find this 'make invoice' button? I can't getaway from the 'Not all products are delivered' message.

Look at my first picture, its in the order specification..
And then press on delivery, and then press on the "new delivery" button.
After that go back to the delivery and specify the options and press save.

After that u can get back to the delivery tab and the invoice has been made.

I hate that no one has hade a specifik guide how to use the mod too..
