Registered user can add new category in the frontend?

Hi,
as shown by subject: if I have a user which belongs to Registered group, can he create a new subcategory himself?
I've tried to find the solution but I found something about Phoca Gallery but not for Phoca Download.
It is possible also in Phoca Download?

Hi, no for now there is no such option like in Phoca Gallery, so for now users cannot create category in frontend in Phoca Download.
