Looks like I have some issue with decimal place. This is the log file. In the backend I had around 4 order status incomplete from 1 customer.
No matter what I do I can't seem to get this shop working smoothly. As a shop manager I can't spend all day manually emailing customers part of the point of computers is automation.

Hi, do you use two decimal rounding in your system? See Phoca Cart options for rounding.

I suppose currency conversion created the problem. I would expect a default currency conversion to round into 2 decimal places to represent cents in the case of USD after a currency conversion. So this should happen before sending the value anywhere. Paypal should get the same amount.

Can you paste the whole form here (which you can find in the log), if there is rounding, it rounds all amounts, even the total amount for PayPal.
