Duplicate confirmation mail

I am setting up Phoca Cart for physical books and ebooks. But after ordering and payment through Paypal I get the mail "confirmed", not once, but four times. I am running on Joomla 4.4.0.
Is there anybody who knows how to control this mail spamming?

Hi, when changed status, one email is sent, there is no option to send more emails at once. Try to check your server and email settings (if there is no service which tries to reply the emails). BTW, Phoca Cart does not send any emails, it asks for sending it by Joomla.
