Guest Check Out Not Working

I am wanting to allow for guest checkout so that the customer does not have to register to order.

However, I get error page when I have 'Guest Checkout'. If 'Guest Checkout (Auto Enable)' set to yes under config dont see option ever say guest checkout.

errors:
0 - Joomla\CMS\Event\Model\FormEvent::onSetData(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type object|array, bool given, called in /home/public_html/website.com/libraries/src/Event/AbstractEvent.php on line 225

What version of Joomla and Phoca Cart do you use?

This is on Joomla 5 and newest Phoca 4.0.10

I took your advice and updated the cart to beta5. Although it did fix the guest checkout issue, I am still not seeing the ability to click on anything to register for those wanting to register.

Just says:
1. Login/Register
Login username password and remember me with a log in button but no register.

Just figured it out. I had register off in joomla
