Hello,
The dates ("Date" and "Start publishing") of a file record increase by 9 hour each time I save.
It breaks files order at my customer's site.
I guess the 9 comes from the time difference between Tokyo and GMT (+9).
I have setup a test site and installed the phoca download version 4.0.9.
Please download and watch the video from the test site:

Re: bug report: Dates increase when saved.
Hi, testing now, everything OK:
In fact, in Phoca Download, there is no option to somehow manupulate the date when there is value sent.
Do you use some specific system plugins - which can somehow influence it, or maybe some specific feature on database server.
I can understand the time changes becuase of the difference when creating, but not when only updating (then the value is just the one which is set in form field, not some new created)

Re: bug report: Dates increase when saved.
Hello Jan,
Thank you for your reply.
Sorry, I have forgotten to tell you to change the timezone of Joomla to Tokyo.
Visit the Global Configuration, System tab and set the Website Time Zone to Tokyo.

I changed the timezone, installed the Phoca Download, and setup the Phoca Download menu item.
That's all for the website.
I can provide you an administrative account of the test website if you prefer.
Thank you for your reply.

The Joomla! 4.4.0 of the test website( https://test2.p-space.jp/) is installed from the scratch.Do you use some specific system plugins - which can somehow influence it, or maybe some specific feature on database server.

Re: bug report: Dates increase when saved.
Hi, seems like there were some undocumented change in Joomla, try to download and install this version:
https://github.com/PhocaCz/PhocaDownloa ... 10Beta.zip
It should be OK there, please let me know.

Hello Jan,
Thank you for your reply and fix.
I tried your Beta.zip, and the problem is resolved like a charm!
Thank you very much.

Hello Jan and every one
I got the same problem when updating the files when modified.
It seems that the change is linked to the time zone (+1 in my case)
Can I use the beta file (downloaded) in a production site ?
Regards and thanx for your support

Re: bug report: Dates increase when saved.
Hi Jan,
it seems that version 5.0.4 on Joomla 5.1.2 still has this bug and I have set time zone to UTC to avoid time changes. That's not a problem for me, but lower level admins are a bit confused with "wrong" timestamps.
Is there something I could do to fix this?

Re: bug report: Dates increase when saved.
Hi, testing now, I cannot reproduce it. Even the code is set the way, that if the form field included the value, it is not changed in database
