Error after update to 4.0.4

Hi,

since i updated to 4.0.4 i get an error after submitting the form.

Call to a member function getParams() on null
/XX/XX/components/com_phocaguestbook/models/rules/phocaguestbookhomesite.php:27

There is "$params = $app->getParams();" but "$app" is not defined. I commented that line because i dont see $params in use here. Now everything works again.

Would be great if you could fix that in the next version.
